Shipping Policy

At SAKURA STREETS™, every order is carefully prepared, quality checked and packaged before it leaves our hands. We take pride in ensuring that every customer receives their order in the best possible condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders require up to 5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time includes, but is not limited to:

  • Picking and quality checking products
  • Preparing and securely packaging your order
  • Printing shipping documentation
  • Dispatching your parcel to the carrier

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotional events or seasonal sales, processing times may increase. If a significant delay is expected, we will do our best to communicate this where possible.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time quoted by the courier.


Shipping Method

Unless otherwise stated, all UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your parcel has been dispatched and accepted by Royal Mail, delivery is generally expected within approximately 2 working days. However, this is an estimated delivery aim and is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Seasonal demand
  • Bank holidays
  • Industrial action
  • Operational delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

Please allow time for Royal Mail's tracking system to update after your parcel has been collected.


Responsibility After Dispatch

Once an order has been collected and scanned by Royal Mail, responsibility for the delivery process transfers to the courier.

SAKURA STREETS™ cannot accept responsibility for delays, missed delivery estimates, routing issues or operational errors caused by Royal Mail.

While we will always do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues, we cannot guarantee or influence Royal Mail's handling, delivery schedules or service performance.

We are not liable for:

  • Courier delays
  • Missed delivery estimates
  • Parcels delayed in transit
  • Delivery office processing delays
  • Adverse weather disruptions
  • Industrial action
  • Any other courier-related circumstances outside of our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage before being resent.
  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the shipment where appropriate. Please note that Royal Mail has its own investigation procedures and timeframes before a parcel can officially be considered lost.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made in accordance with Royal Mail's investigation outcome and our obligations under applicable consumer law.


Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

  • Photographs of the external packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Your order number

This allows us to investigate the issue quickly and work towards an appropriate resolution.


International Orders

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees or additional charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

SAKURA STREETS™ has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost.
