Damaged or Faulty Products
At Sakura Streets, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there is an issue with your order, or an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist.
To help us resolve the issue quickly and accurately, we may request a photograph clearly showing the problem. Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed as a manufacturing fault or damage sustained during transit, we will offer either a free replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or provide replacements for issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. For certain products, including decals and graphics, we strongly recommend professional installation, as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused during fitting.
Incorrect Items
While we take care to fulfil every order accurately, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a free replacement, with all shipping costs covered by us. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request a photograph of the item received for verification.
Returns
We accept general returns. Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain the correct returns address. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Please note:
Return postage costs are not covered.
For high-value orders, we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
Be received within 28 days of the original purchase date.
Be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and unmarked.
Items returned in poor or unacceptable condition will be sent back and will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Before returning any item, please contact us to receive the correct returns address. Items sent back without prior contact may not be eligible for exchange.
Postage details
UK customers: We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
International customers: Additional postage charges will apply when sending the exchanged item.

Non-returnable items

Custom orders: Items made with custom text, artwork, or personalised options cannot be exchanged, as they are produced specifically for the customer. Please ensure all details and selections are correct before placing your order.
Free items: Promotional or complimentary items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
